RIETZ Model TL-16-K2215 THERMASCREW BLANCHER, 16" diameter x 15' long open screw with life steam injection. (15) live steam diffusers in bottom of trough, complete with a stainless steel steam header. Paddle wheel discharge to the right of product flow. 44" infeed height and a 29" discharge height. Complete with (2) hinged top covers. All food grade sanitary stainless steel construction. Powered by a 230/460 volt 3 phase variable speed Eurodrive. Presently set for only live steam application but could be configured for hot water application. In stock in good condition, available for timely shipment. Manufacturer rated for maximum product input size of 3" in diameter (with existing cutting parts, 4" diameter parts are available from the mfg for this machine). Presently set for approximately 1/4" square strips (stick cut or french fry), but other cutting heads for other type cuts are available. 460 volt 3 phase drive with inverter variable speed controller, with safety interlock. ON THE WAY TO
ALARD!
 GORING KERR DSP DIGITAL METAL DETECTOR
with NEW BELT CONVEYOR.
(NOTE: Picture shows before new belt
installed).
6" high x 13.5" wide usable aperture opening in epoxy painted aluminum washdown-sealed search head. The detection head has integral digital controls, and comes mounted on a NEW all stainless steel washdown through-conveyor with NEW 12" wide by 60" long interlocking plastic chain type belt running over a UHMW plastic bed. The tubular stainless steel frame belt conveyor is complete with a new washdown gasketed PVC control box with a new 110 volt single phase washdown motor, all integrated with the search head to provide for a horn/stop reject setup. 7" overall search head aperture height (conveyor belt and bed take up 1"). The conveyor is NEW. The used metal detector has been refurbished by a factory trained Technician, and is in EXCELLENT mechanical, cosmetic, and electronic condition. The combined metal detection system is on it's way to Alard; -exact dimensions/measurements subject to confirmation upon receipt at Alard. (Y0508) |
