A two-dimensional lengthwise cutter for french style green beans, or julienne slices, manufacturer recommended for blanched round pod beans for most attractive cuts and highest production, but is also recommended for making atractive cuts from flat pod bean variesties as well. This cutting machine features continuous operation for uninterrupted production.

FEATURES:

Accepts blanched round or flat pod beans measureing 3 inches (76.2mm) in length or longer.
Manufacturer rated for 3,000 to 6,000 lbs per hour depending on size and variety of beans.
