...a variable speed hydraulic driven, STARR four-roll continuous peeler-washer, with full length metering mobilizer. This machine is capable of being equipped as an abrasive peeling machine, and/or a brush washer / scrubber / finisher, for industrial food processing of fruit and vegetable products, such as potatoes, carrots, beets, onions, and other root crop vegetables. The rolls can be switched out as needed to accommodate product application requirements.

FEATURES:

Tapered 9.75" inch by 13.5 inch infeed opening to the peeling chamber.
Currently configured with (3) 6 inch diameter by 6 foot long brush rolls and (1) abrasive roll for root crop vegetable scrubbing, finishing, peeling applications.

The existing rolls can be interchanged and/or alternated in any combination of abrasive rolls and scrubbing brushes, depending on product and process requirements; --CALL 315-589-4511 to discuss the particular details of your industrial food process peeling and washing requirements.

Full length mobilizer, with auger sections at infeed and discharge for positive infeed and discharge indexing, with open rod helix between to move product for even peeling.
Stainless steel water spray header with (5) nozzles to assist with peeling action and wash away dirt, peels, and debris.
Underside wash-water collection pan with bottom side outlet.
Food grade stainless steel construction, including frame.
Variable speed hydraulic-powered with integral 7.5 HP 3 phase hydraulic power pack.
