A 3-dimensional fine dicing machine for a wide range of dice and strip cuts from a variety of products such as relish, salsa, fruits, vegetables, nuts, cheeses and processed meats. Stainless steel plated cutting parts, USDA sanitary compliant.

FEATURES:

• This machine was built and the manufacturer tag is stamped as a model "RA", but it's cutting parts and castings have been replated and updated to all stainless steel, USDA sanitary compliant; equivalent to the RA-A model. 
  
  
• Equipped with 1/8 inch feed drum.
  
  
• Includes a juice chute for catching juice such as when dicing tomatoes.
  
  
• Maximum product input size 3.5 inches (88.9mm) in any dimension.
  
  
• Three cutting dimensions:
  
  
  • Slice thickness: 1/16 to 3/8 inch 1.6 to 9.5 mm - knob adjustable.
    
    
  • Circular knife cuts: 1/8 to 1 inch / 3.2 to 25.4 mm - knives & spacers.
    
    
  • Crosscut knife cuts: .05 to 3 inch / 1.3 to 76.2 mm - change part.
