This Urschel Model RA-D CHEESE DICER is mechanically the same as the Model RA or RA-A dicer with minor variations to be manufacturer rated for USDA sanitary dairy product processing applications. As with the RA and RA-A models, this is a 3-dimensional fine dicing machine for a wide range of small to intermediate size dices and strip cuts for a variety of products such as cheeses, pickle relish, salsa, fruits, vegetables, processed meats & nuts, citrus peel, green peppers, pineapple, and for dicing ice-cream ingredients such as cookies and candies.

Slice thickness: 1/16 to 3/8 inch (1.6 to 9.5mm) -- knob adjustable.- Circular knife cuts: 1/8 to 1 inch (3.2 to 25.4mm) -- knives & spacers.
- Crosscut knife cuts: 1/16 to 3 inch (1.6 to 76.2mm) - change part.
- Maximum product input size of 3.5 inches (88.9mm) in any direction.
- Three (3) paddle impeller.
- 58 inch infeed height, 22 inch discharge height.
- USDA dairy sanitary stainless steel construction.
Stainless steel factory control box and safety INTERLOCK system.- 5 HP stainless steel shrouded drive motor.
