A size-grader reel, rotary drum fruit and vegetable grading machine, for size grading, size sorting, sliver removal, fines removal, grading out shorts, solids separation, dewatering and/or feeding to downstream components. Traditionally referred to as an "old-maid  remover", this type of grading reel is used in popcorn production to remove un-popped kernels.
