This Sweco Vibro Energy Model US48S vibrating screen is manufacturer recommended for separating solids from liquid (dewatering) and/or for sifting, fines removal, sliver removal, lump removal, and other size grading applications. Sweco industrial screens and sifting machines are widely used in particle separation and water recovery applications across the food processing industry.
FEATURES:
- Single deck / single screen configuration, with two (2) discharges / grades-product which does not drop through the screen and product which does.
- 48 inch diameter screen deck with 4 inch high side rings.
8 inch diameter side discharge ports.- All food grade stainless steel product contact surfaces.
- Painted steel support base mounted on a tubular stainless steel frame.
- Four (4) floor brakes for added stability - does not require bolting to floor.
- 2.5 HP drive motor.
- 460 volt 3 phase electrical input.
- Additional rings and screens are available from the manufacturer for multi-deck set-ups.
