This Wright Systems & Equipment STATIONARY SCREEN, is a liquid-solids separator screen, for waste-water recovery, water reclaim, and/or recapturing food products such as peas, beans, corn, diced or chopped vegetables from washing, chilling, or rinsing flume water. The hydrosieve water reclaim screen is also useful for rough screening of process water to remove stems, seeds, peels, pods, sticks, leaves, meat waste, and other food waste or foreign material in water recovery reuse; --and/or to reduce municipal costs and fines from BOD, TSS and/or TKN in your plant waste water.
FEATURES:
- Water sifting hydro-screen measures 24 inches wide by 39 inches long.
- Curved / parabolic "SWAY" type screen with .010 inch sieve openings.
- 24 inch wide by 20 inch long by 13 inch deep infeed tank.
- 60 inch high infeed, 32 inch discharge height.
- Solids run off the bottom of the screen.
- 2.25 inch diameter female threaded inlet connection to feed the stationary screener.
- Two (2) 2.25 inch diameter female threaded bottom tank discharge connections for water recovery.
Previously used for low-volume throughput, this screen has large cleanout openings on each side and at the back of the screen. These could easily be covered with gasketed access panels at nominal additional cost.- Mounted on threaded rod adjustable feet.
- All food grade sanitary stainless steel construction.
