A Kerian Model M30 Speed Sizer roller grader with 30 inch wide roller grading bed, smooth plastic rollers and stainless steel product contacts. Graded / sorted product takeaway conveyors configured for separating up to 3 fixed size grades. Manufacturer recommends the plastic covered roller / long slot design for most products, including long potatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers, etc.
FEATURES:
- 30 inch wide by 60 inch long roller bed with 1-7/8 inch diameter PVC rollers.
Vinyl flaps over the grader bed help to spread and align products.- Openings between rollers ranging from 1/2 inch to 2.5 inch.
- Product drops through the rollers at some point, depending on size.
- Graded product falls onto rubberized sorted-product-takeaway belt conveyor with stainless steel sides for three (3) grades.
- 66 inch infeed height to sorting table, 50 inch high product discharge height from graded-product takeaway conveyor.
Stainless steel product contact surfaces, painted steel support frames.- 1/2 HP chain drive motor on the roller conveyor and roller motors on the takeaway conveyors.
- 208 / 230 volt 3 phase electrical input.
