An ADMIX Boston Shear Mill for high intensity inline wet milling, homogenizing and particle size reduction. Manufacturer recommended applications include tomato paste, ketchup, mustard production, salad dressing, mayonnaise, pet foods, soups, sauces, flavor emulsions and more. HIGH-SHEAR PUMP / EMULSIFIER configurations can, in many cases, replace more expensive colloid mill or high-pressure homogenizer machines.
