A food grade stainless steel batch centrifuge vegetable drying system, industrial-capacity salad-spinner for de-watering leafy and/or pre-cut produce products, such as fresh-cut lettuce, onions, shredded carrots and other similar fresh bagged type products. Open-basket design for high-capacity and ease of loading and unloading.

Removable 24 inch diameter by 22 inch deep (6.28 cubic feet) basket with 3/16 inch perforations.- Manufacturer rated for 140 lb maximum capacity per batch.
- Food grade stainless steel construction including mounting base with rubber vibration isolation mounts.
5 HP belt drive motor with guard.- Hinged lid with elastic lift assistance straps.
- 2 inch diameter bottom side drain.
- New gasketed PVC operator ON/OFF controls with safety interlock switch on lid (cuts power to machine if lid is opened).
- 208 / 230 / 460 volt 3 phase electrical input.
