The JAYHAWK Industrial Stone Mill Model 2MPY is a stone grinding mill, a type of colloid mill, for emulsifying, homogenization, dispersing & disintegrating of a variety of food applications including mustards, spices, hot sauces, condiments and more.

FEATURES:

• 7.75 inch diameter proprietary diamond cut stones:
  
  
  • Shown without stones in pictures (see below). Stones are available in 46 or 60 grit per buyer specification.
    
    
• Adjustment handle for stone gap to achieve desired grind size.
  
  
• 1.5 inch diameter infeed.
  
  
• 1 inch by 4 inch wide discharge.
  
  
• 316 stainless steel grinding head, with holder frame included (to hold the head while swung open for cleaning).
  
  
• 7.5 HP direct drive motor.
  
  
• 208 / 230 / 460 volt 3 phase electrical input.
