A bean snipper for snipping the nubbins from snap green beans and wax beans in an industrial food processing processing line.

FEATURING:

  • 80 inch long by 32 inch diameter bean snipping drum.

  • Manufacturer rated for 2,000 to 3,000 lbs per hour throughput capacity.

  • All food grade stainless steel construction, including tubular stainless steel support frame.

  • Stainless steel soft edge internal baffles reduce damage.

  • (630) plastic straight slotted pockets.

  • 68 stainless steel V-knives in 6 rows, mounted on stainless steel knife holders.

  • Pocket cleaning brush maintains efficient volume / capacity.

  • Hinged stainless steel safety side panels.

  • Stainless steel infeed and discharge chutes.

  • 67 inch infeed height, 42 inch discharge height (minimums).

  • 3 HP 208/230/460 volt 3 phase drive.
