A general purpose semi-automatic cutting machine for slicing, shredding, dicing and grating food products. Manufacturer rated for 20 to 80 lbs. per minute depending on substrate & speed of operator. Slice, dice, julienne, grate, shred & crinkle cut (with proper cutting parts) from powder size particles up to 1 inch slices/dices.
