This Kason Cross-Flo STATIC DEWATERING SIEVE, Model CF-4854-SS stationary screen is a static liquid-solids separator screen for waste-water recovery, water reclaim, and/or recapturing products such as peas, beans, corn, diced or chopped vegetables from washing, chilling, or rinsing flume water. The Kason hydrosieve water reclaim screen is also useful for rough screening of process water to remove stems, seeds, peels, pods, sticks, leaves, meat waste, and other food waste or foreign material in water recovery reuse; --and/or to reduce municipal costs and fines from BOD, TSS and/or TKN in your plant waste water.

FEATURES:

• Water sifting hydro-screen measures 48 inches wide by 52 inches long.
  
  
• Threaded rod adjustable pitch screen with .040 inch sieve openings.
  
  
• Solids run off the bottom of the screen:
  
  
  • 45 inch long by 48.5 inch wide solids discharge chute tapers to 40 inches wide.
    
    
  • Two (2) 18 inch pneumatic cylinders control angle of discharge.
    
    
  • Manual Up / Down control.
    
    
  • Compressed air input required for power assist screen angle adjustment operation.
    
    
• Overhead waterfall disperses product evenly across the entire screen for optimal laminar flow.
  
  
  • Two (2) 3 inch diameter inlets with Tri clamp connections.
    
    
  • Chambered to allow operation of left only, right only or blend of both inlets.
    
    
• 8 inch diameter cleanout access on each side - allows access behind the screen.
  
  
• 6 inch diameter filtered liquid outlet with Tri-clamp connection.
  
  
• All food grade sanitary stainless steel construction.
