This Gering onion slicing machine is a semiautomatic waterfall style cutting machine with a pocketed rotating carousel to hold and carry onions over powered dual circular knife blades for clean, uniform & consistent slices, e.g. for industrial production of onion slabs or onion rings in a food processing or freshcut produce processing production line.
