A sanitary stainless steel Scott Turbon Model HRS6B high shear mixer on a hydraulic ram/ pneumatic power lift. This full scale hydraulic ram mixer with an adjustable height mixing head, allows for processing of various batch sizes and viscosities, with rapid dispersion and emulsification of ingredients.

FEATURES:

• Scott Turbon Model B mixer head for viscous/ thick liquids and emulsions; large diameter with toothed disc mounted on a 53 inch long shaft.
  
  
• Manufacturer rated for batch sizes up to 2000 gallons, for applications such as mixing salad dressings, thick emulsions or other viscous products in dispersion, dissolution, suspension, particle size reduction, homogenization and emulsification.
