A food grade stainless steel Rietz-Bepex Model TL12-K2212 OPEN SCREW BLANCHER / live steam cooker, 12x12 for industrial food process fruit and vegetable blanching, and / or cooking by steam.
FEATURES:
- 12 inch diameter by 12 foot long open screw for controlled, consistent product blanch / cook time.
- The screw auger has 3 7/8 inch high flights as measured from the center hub; the flights are 12 inch pitch (12 inches from flight to the next).
- Ten (10) live steam injection ports/diffusers along the bottom of the trough.
- Two (2) hinged top covers.
- 12 inch by 12 inch flanged bottom end discharge.
- 8 inch diameter steam / vapor vent over discharge end.
- Food grade sanitary stainless steel construction bolted to a painted mild steel support frame.
- 1.5 HP drive motor with mechanical variable speed.
- 208 / 230 / 460 volt 3 phase electrical input.
