OPERATION:
The vibrating conveyor even-feeds the to-be-cleaned product to the separation hood. Stones and dirt clods drop off the end of the vibrating feed conveyor and are received in their own discharge pan, while the rest of the product passes over a controlled positive air-flow which which causes separation of small pebbles, leaves, light trash and chaff to be carried up and into their own collection enclosure while the cleaned product drops into tapered, open-bottom discharge hopper.
FEATURES:
- Vibrating shaker FEED conveyor, 38 inches wide by 73 inches high by 63 inches long with solid feed pan, complete with shaker drive, directs product into the air-separator section.
- Heavies drop into an stone and dirt clod collection area with clean-out access from either side at a 38 inch discharge height.
- Light chaff flies into a high stainless steel screen enclosure with stainless wire mesh screen, with a discharge chute to right of product flow.
Tapered clean product collection hopper with 40 inch long by 24 inch wide discharge at a 32 inch discharge height.- Food grade sanitary stainless steel construction including frame.
- 7.5 HP variable speed blower, 1HP shaker drive, both 3 phase.
