The Spray Dynamics soft-flight coating reel is manufacturer recommended for the uniform application of coatings and seasonings on extruded, baked, frozen and fried products. This tumble mixer configuration is an industry standard seasoning reel, and includes a liquid applicator for applying flavorings in a liquid form for a wide variety of snack foods such as potato chips, snack chips, crackers, nuts, snack mixes, popcorn, coffee beans, pet foods / pet snacks, cereals, seeds and even cheese snacks. A dry seasoning applicator could also be added to this machine (but is not included).

38 inch diameter by 128 inch long stainless steel coating reel / seasoning drum with fifteen (15) triangular lifting flights.- 26 inch diameter infeed and 34 inch diameter discharge with four (4) interchangeable discharge chutes.
