The Triple-Wash multi-stage immersion washer is a food grade stainless steel immersion washer / leafy vegetable washer, with a full-length belt running through a three-dip wash water tank, with overhead sprays and reciculation pumps.
FEATURES:
- 12 foot long by 4 foot wide product conveyor belt runs through all three sections.
- Manufacturer rated for 3,000 lbs of loose-leaf lettuce per hour.
- (2) stainless steel recirculation pumps.
- (2) static water reclaim screens to filter out stems, seeds and other fines from the recirulating wash water
- Overhead sprays along full length.
- First wash section has it's own overhead spray section, pump and water recovery hydrosieve screen, sections two and three share a common pump overhead sprays, and hydrasive screen.

- Food grade sanitary stainless steel greens washer.
- 500 gallon water capacity.
