An A & M Process Equipment Model DRB-600 twin-shaft double-ribbon mixer with discharges for dry or granular food products...


FEATURES:

  • y0850zc_crop_email.jpg53 inch wide by 84 inch long by 36 inch deep "W" shaped / two-trough vessel, with a double-ribbon agitator in each trough.

    • The ribbon agitators each consist of 25 inch diameter double-helix 1.75 inch by 1/4 inch ribbons outside 3 inch diameter shafts with pneumatic glands.

  • Complete with hinged covers with safety / pour grids.

  • Each ribbon shaft has it's own 10HP 3 phase drive with gear reducer and chain-and-sprocket drive configuration.

  • Food grade, sanitary stainless steel construction.

  • 71.5 inch infeed height, 31.5 inch discharge height.

  • Overall dimensions: 113"L x 60"W x 96"H.
