FEATURES:

24 inch diameter cutting disk with horizontal slice blades, and (optionally) vertical fin blades for two-dimensional cutting.

On-the-fly lever adjustable slice thickness, for up to 1.25 inch thick slices / slabs down to very thin shreds.

One or two-dimensional cuts for slicing, strip cuts, julienne cuts, shreds, on vegetable products such as lettuce, cabbage (slaw), onions, etc.

Manufacturer rated for up to 20,000 lbs per hour.

Food grade stainless steel construction.

Comes with standard three-legged stainless steel hopper: 31 inches in diameter, with a 24 inch wide feed opening in the 6 inch high sides at the back, and (3) 6.5 inch diameter feed tubes, each 12 inches deep to the cutting head.

Onion tubes (e.g. for onion ring cutting) are also available.

Currently configured as a cole slaw shredder (two-dimensional cut). Note that the feed tubes are slotted to accept the "fin blades" for the vertical dimension cut.
