A used Heat and Control Model BPF-3620 fryer, with overhead hold-down belt, for par-frying and/or fully cooking breaded foods including cheese sticks, onion rings, chicken nuggets, veal patties, jalapeno poppers, mushrooms, potatoes, pickles, zucchini, eggplant, ravioli, fish sticks, clams, shrimp and much more...
OPERATION:
- Product feeds into the fryer and is submerged via a hold down belt for even frying.
- Requires only enough oil to cover your products resulting in faster oil turnover and longer product shelf life.
- Per manufacturer literature, frying temperature remains within +/- 2 degrees Fahrenheit for most food product applications.
- An external heat exchanger (not included) would be required to heat the oil to be continuously circulated through the fryer.
FEATURES:
- 36 inch wide by 25 foot long mesh frying belt.
- 20 foot long overhead hold-down belt facilitates product sumbersion and travel in oil.
- Multiple oil inlets and outlets offer multi-zone temperature control along the full length of the pan.
- Fines/sediment removal conveyor at the fryer infeed keeps the pan bottom clean.
- Mechanical lift cover for complete access -- motorized screw jacks safely raise the hood and conveyors clear of the pan for complete access.
- Oil mist eliminator prior to exhaust stack.
- Equipped with CIP spray balls -- cleaning solution circulates everywhere the cooking oil does for ease of sanitation.
- Food grade sanitary stainless steel construction.
- 2 HP drive motor, 208 / 230 / 460 volt 3 phase electrical input.
- Multiple oil inlets and outlets offer multi-zone temperature control along the full length of the pan.
