The Urschel RA dicing machine, famed as the industry standard relish-dicer, is 3-dimensional fine dicing machine for a wide range of small to intermediate size dices and strip cuts for a variety of products such as pickle relish, salsa, fruits, vegetables, cheese, processed meats & nuts, citrus peel, green peppers, pineapple, and for dicing ice-cream ingredients such as cookies and candies.

FEATURES:

• Equipped with a secondary / by-pass in-feed chute, which bypasses the slice shell for strip cutting applications such as for chopping herbs, green onions, nuts (e.g. almonds, cashews & peanuts) and other fruit and vegetable products .
  
  
• Maximum product input size of 3.5 inches (88.9mm) in any direction.
  
  
• Three cutting dimensions (or two-dimensional cuts using aforementioned bypass feed chute).
  
  
  • Slice thickness: 1/16 to 3/8 inch (1.6 to 9.5mm) -- knob adjustable.
    
    
  • Circular knife cuts: 1/8 to 1 inch (3.2 to 25.4mm) -- knives & spacers.

• Food grade sanitary stainless steel product contact surfaces.
