A food grade stainless steel wet hopper with a cleated elevating belt discharge conveyor, for applying preservative solutions, rinsing, and / or washing fruits and / or vegetable products in the context of an industrial food processing or pre-cut produce packing operation. This "Dunkley Dunker" was last used to wash cherries in a vitamin C anti-oxidant preservative solution.
FEATURES:
- 29.75 inch wide by 71 inch long by 40 inch deep washing / rinsing / immersion wet feed hopper.
- 24 inch wide by 8 foot long interlocking plastic elevating discharge belt with 2 inch high cleats on 3.5 inch centers.
- 40 inch infeed height, 60 inch high discharge.
- Approximately 48 inches of product travel in water.~ 1HP drive motor.
- Food grade sanitary stainless steel construction.
- 208/230/460 volt 3 phase electrical input.
