Simplex single PISTON FILLER / DEPOSITOR Y3996

A food grade stainless steel tabletop single piston filling machine for filling containers or use as an ingredient depositor for adding sauces or other liquid food ingredients to other food products. Manufacturer recommended for simple accurate filling of liquid, semi-solid, and/or wet particulate products such as salsa, sauces, relish, butters, chocolate, mayonnaise, jams / jellies, oils; and non-food products such as lotions, shampoos, scrubs cleaners, paint, solvents, oil, and other thick, viscous
liquids or slurries.
FEATURING:
- 1 7/8 inch diameter piston stroke adjustable for fills from 3 fluid ounces to 8.8 fluid ounces (88.7 to 260.2 ml) per stroke.
- 22 inch diameter by 20 inch deep stainless steel conical infeed hopper.
- Orifices are sized for particulate product handling, with a 1 1/8 inch by 2 inch oval valve port opening.
- Comes with a 2.5 inch long by .25 inch diameter discharge spout which can be easily replaced if your particular need requires it: --CALL 315-589-4511 to discuss your product specifications.
- Manufacturer rated at up to 26 containers a minute, with fill accuracy of up to 1/2% (actual results are influenced by product and container characteristics).
- Food grade stainless steel product contacts, painted steel base.
- Electric cam driven, with mechanical variable speed control regulating the fractional horsepower drive, set for 110 volt single phase electrical input (standard household current).
