A Kerian Machines Speed Sizer, Model L-40 roller size grader, with 40 inch wide roller grading bed, with plastic rollers and stainless steel product contacts, including graded / sorted product takeaway conveyor, configured for separating up to 3 fixed size grades. Manufacturer recommends the plastic covered roller / long slot design for most products, including long potatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers, etc.
FEATURING:
- 40 inch wide by 7 foot 6 inch long roller bed with 2 inch diameter PVC rollers
- Vinyl flaps over the grader bed, that help spread and align product.
- Openings between rollers ranging from 1.375 inch to 4.094 inches.
- Product drops through the rollers at some point, depending on size.
- Graded product falls onto a 72 inch wide by 8 foot 5 inch long food grade rubberized sorted-product-takeaway belt conveyor with adjustable stainless steel lane dividers for (3) grades.
- 61 inch infeed height to sorting table, 48 inch high product discharge height from graded-product takeaway conveyor.
- 1HP gearmotor drive on the roller conveyor and 1HP gearmotor on the takeaway conveyor. Both are 208 / 230/460 volt 3 phase.
