A Paul Mueller dairy grade USDA / 3A sanitary stainless steel falling film plate chiller for rapid colling of milk, juice, drinking or food processing water plus other potable liquids.


FEATURING:

  • Four (4) 48 inch by 96 inch all stainless steel laminar flow chill plates with room for a total of eight (8) plates in the cabinet.

  • Manufacturer tagged for up to 250 psi working pressure and for cooling any free-flowing food fluid to within 2 degrees F of its freeze point.

  • 4 inch Tri-clamp inlet with top mounted high-flow distribution pan.

  • Easy to clean & inspect with virtually no downtime for maintenance.
