FEATURING:
- Currently configured with four (4) brush rolls and four (4) abrasive grit 6 inch diameter rolls mounted parallel (in-line) with product flow. - 16 inch wide by 18 inch long hopper infeed at 66 inches high.
- Lubricating and rinsing action is provided in the chamber by a dual stainless steel water spray pipe header with several uniformly spaced spray nozzles.
- 20 inch diameter powered discharge metering auger with 1/3 HP drive -- controls retention time in the chamber.
- 42 inch discharge height.
- Water, peels and debris drop to a full length bottom collection pan with center bottom outlet.
- Complete with central lubrication cluster for ease of maintenance.
- Food grade sanitary stainless steel construction peeler frame and body (abrasive rolls are abrasive-coated steel).
- Hinged side access doors with prop bars.
- Gasketed PVC operator control box with variable speed control for the powered discharge auger; safety interlock system cuts all power to the machine if any of the safety doors are open.
- 10HP (fixed speed) peeling-scrubbing roll drive, .33 HP discharge auger drive (with variable speed control), 208 / 230 volt 3 phase electrical input to control box.
