A compact food grade centrifugal dryer, with Kronen engineered quality construction, for fresh produce processing plants and other similar institutional and industrial food applications. Uses light plastic baskets which can be inserted and removed by hand; without need of an overhead winch. Ideal for dewatering fresh-cut vegetable products after washing, in the context of industrial produce packing and fresh-cut processing operations producing bagged salads, packaged fruits, herbs, shredded lettuce, chopped greens and other leafy or shredded vegetable products.

FEATURES:

• Uses a 1.5 cubic foot (11.5 gallon capacity), 16.5 inch top diameter by 14 inch deep, perforated plastic baskets.
  
  
  • Light plastic dryer basket can be placed, removed and dumped by hand without aid of an overhead hoist or other apparatus.
