• Removable 24 inch diameter by 22 inch deep (6.28 cubic feet) basket with 1/4 inch perforations.
  
  
• This is a modified basket which is not standard for the model, so if you have other same-make/model machines the baskets will not be interchangeable.
  
  
• Manufacturer rated for 140 lb maximum capacity.
  
  
• All food grade stainless steel construction including mounting base with rubber vibration isolation mounts.
  
  
• 5 HP belt drive motor with guard.
  
  
• Hinged lid with elastic lift assistance straps.
  
  
• 2 inch diameter bottom side drain.
  
  
• Operator ON/OFF controls with safety interlock switch on lid (cuts power to machine if lid is opened).
  
  
• 230/460 volt 3 phase electrical input.
