The Griffin Model #55 Vegetable Slicer is an industrial-capacity commercial-grade slicing machine designed with unique slicing action, which reduces plant cell damage. Straight or angled tube-fed slicing for straight 90 degree perpendicular cuts, or 45 degree crosscut bias slices, to produce superior finished product. FEATURING:
- Manufacturer rated for over 500 slices per minute.
- Three (3) 5-inch diameter vertical top in-feed tubes and one (1) 2.25 inch 45-degree angled side feed-tube .
Tube diameters can be reduced with inserts. - The tubes feed product to a rotating cutting deck with (2) horizontal powered 14 inch diameter circular slicing blades.
- Slice thickness is currently configured for 1/8 inch, but can be configured for up to 3/4 inch with change parts. Call 315-589-4511 to discuss your specific cutting specifications.
- This cutting machine is positioned over a 34 inch wide by 8 foot long product discharge / take-away conveyor, with solid interlocking plastic chain type belt.
- All food grade sanitary stainless steel construction.

- On / off control box with safety interlock system.
