A refurbished Magnuson Model WSP-3086 eight-roll continuous abrasive peeler, brush-washer, scrubber, for fruits and vegetables, especially root crops such as potatoes, beets, carrots, parsnips, jicama, radishes, turnips and other products in the context of industrial food processing and pre-cut produce packing line operations.
FEATURING:
- Currently configured with eight (8) abrasive grit 6 inch diameter rolls mounted parallel (in-line) with product flow. Can be configured with any combination of abrasive and/or brush rolls, with a range of grit and/or brush options for more or less peeling action.
- The peeling / scubbing rolls powered by a variable speed 10HP belt drive motor.
- 16 inch by 18 inch long hopper infeed at approximately 69 inches high.
- Lubricating and rinsing action is provided in the chamber by a stainless steel water spray pipe header with several uniformly spaced spray nozzles.
- 16 inch diameter discharge metering auger with variable speed 1/4HP drive, variable speed adjustable to regulate the time of exposure in the peeling chamber.
- 40 inch discharge height.
- Water, peels and debris drop to a full length bottom collection pan with 10 inch by 11 inch center bottom outlet.
- Adjustable foot pad supports.
- Complete with central lubrication cluster for ease of maintenance.
- All food grade sanitary stainless steel construction.
- Stainless steel operator control box with exterior variable speed controls, one each for the rolls and power discharge auger.
- Hinged side access doors with prop bars, with safety interlock system wired to the control panel, cuts power to the machine if the doors are open while the machine is running.
- 208/ 230 volt 3 phase electrical input.
