The LYCO Model 10000 RAGING BULL PEELER is a reliable, high-capacity, performance peeler / scrubber / brush washer capable of dry peeling, post-steam finish peeling and / or stand alone raw peeling of potatoes, beets, carrots and other root crop vegetables.
FEATURING:
- Ten (10) brush rolls, with each brush measuring measure 6 inches in diameter by 96 inch long.
- All food grade sanitary heavy duty stainless steel construction.
- Hopper infeed measures 22 inch by 28 inch with 58 inch infeed height.
- Full length center metering auger with 2 HP drive for increased recovery.
- Top spray header with four (4) nozzle clusters.
- Bottom end discharge measures 16 inch by 19 inch at a 22.5 inch discharge height.
- Pneumatic-power-assisted lid with safety interlock system.
- Underside water/ peel collection tank.
- Five (5) 7.5 HP wash down drives -- each powers two brush rolls.
- Stand-alone factory stainless steel control panel includes variable speed controllers for all drives, with soft starts and precise control, including digital readouts for roll and auger speeds.
- 460 volt 3 phase electrical input.
