CHECKWEIGHER, BELT TRANSFER, food grade, with reject system: A Mettler-Toledo HI-SPEED Beltweigh XE in-motion weighing machine for food product inspection by weight; checks food products and packages for proper fill weight, and rejects underweight and/or overweight portions according to operator settings.
FEATURING:
- 8 inch wide belt transfer conveyor system consisting of four conveyor belts one after the other in the following sequence:
- Two (2) 11 inch long infeed belts, one after the other, in a speed-up belt configuration to create product separation.
- 11 inch long weigh-cell conveyor.
- 17 inch long reject and takeaway conveyor belt.
- White food-grade endless loop conveyor belts.
- 36 inch working height on threaded rod adjustable feet.
- Pneumatic air-cylinder push-off reject; --push-off is left-to-right from the perspective of one facing the infeed end of the conveyor looking toward the discharge.
- Food grade checkweigher for food packaging process lines.
- Powder coated steel frame with plastic shrouding and plexiglass shield.
- 44 pound (20kg) weigh-cell.
- Stand-alone pedestal mounted stainless steel control with touch screen operator control system.
