A Turatti Model 1580-17-000 DEWATERING CONVEYOR, for solids separation, recovery of liquids, and / or water removal from a wide array of products and applications including fresh and fresh-cut fruits & vegetables. Well suited for handling delicate and/or fragile food products. If configured with water sprays this conveyor can be used as a SPRAY WASHER to rinse, treat, or wet product, for example for increasing freezer tunnel efficiencies. With the inclusion of operator catwalk platforms, this conveyor could also be used as an inspection conveyor.
FEATURES:
- 42 inch wide by 14 feet 8 inch long plastic woven mesh belt with 1/16 inch perforations.
- The belt runs between 8 inch high stainless steel sides.
- 50 inch working height on adjustable legs.
- Full bottom de-watering pan slopes to 3.5 inch side outlet.
- Removable dual discharge chute with 13 inch by 15.5 inch dimpled surface.
- Belt-cleaning stainless steel air manifold bar under the belt at discharge.
- Sanitary bearings.
- Food grade sanitary stainless steel construction with safety shrouding.
- (3) sets of mount points where air knives (not included) or overhead water spray manifolds (not included) could be added.
- 1HP stainless steel drive motor.
- 208/230/460 volt 3 phase electrical input.
