A 26 pocket automatic volumetric filling machine set for 300 diameter cans or 3 inch diameter jars, manufacturer rated for filling "anything or everything that can be handled except an artcile that must be placed in the can or jar in a precise position".This machine includes an automatic filling hopper for granular and particulate products, such as cut string beans, diced vegetables, sliced vegetables, shoestring or french style items, mixed vegetables, lentils, wet and dry beans, coffee beans, and the like.
FEATURES:
- TELESCOPIC POCKETS - Crank-adjustable telescoping volumetric pockets allow for easy and continuous adjustability of fill volume, giving this filler / depositor the versatility of depositing one ingredient in a partial fill, or filling the container completely with one item.
- AUTOMATIC or MANUAL - The FMC Hand Pack rotary filler model filler features an open stainless steel filling disc which allows flexibility for automatic and/or manual operation. With the automatic filling hopper removed, some difficult products, such as uncut green beans, asparagus, and/or delicate products such as whole peeled tomatoes can be filled by hand.
- Stainless steel infeed and discharge disks allow for maximum flexibility in line layout.
- Clockwise rotation.
- 1 7/8" diameter feed tubes.
- Brush-off rail, with UHMW sweep, to assure that any excess product is swept off to provide accurate, uniform fills and prevent overfills.
- All food grade stainless steel product contacts, with UHMW plastic cut-off valve plates.
- Heavy-duty painted steel frame and body.
- 208/230 volt 3 phase mechanical variable speed drive.
