FEATURES:
- Includes (6) 30-inch diameter by 2 foot deep 9.8 cubic foot removable dryer baskets, each with 3/16 inch perforations, manufacturer rated for 220 lbs capacity.
- Includes (6) stainless steel basket dollies, as well as a lifting yolk for raising and lowering the baskets by (not included) overhead hoist.
- Food grade stainless steel construction including all product contacts, and stainless steel base plate connected via rubber vibration isolation mounts.
- Hinged pneumatic-power-assisted stainless steel lid with basket hold-down wheel.
- Safety interlock system prevents machine from starting, and de-powers the machine if lid latch / cover is opened.
- Gasketed PVC control box with programmable variable speed control system; including reverse-thrust / dynamic brake controls.
- 5 HP 3 phase drive motor.
