A simple, yet rugged, high-speed centrifugal slicer manufacturer recommended for cutting a wide variety of produce including beets, potatoes, carrots, cabbage, lettuce, eggplant, cucumbers, pickles, cranberries, apples, pears, strawberries, tomatoes, and peaches. Engineered for continuous tons-per-hour industrial-scale production, in a simple design for easy clean-up & maintenance. Able to slice flat strip cuts as well as crinkle strip cuts.

SPECIFICATIONS, per manufacturer literature:

• Slice thickness easily (knob) adjustable for slice thicknesses from 1/16 inch (1.6mm) up to 5/8 inch (16mm).
  
  
• Accepts product input up to 5.5 inches (140mm) in any dimension. Larger products must be precut. Large heads of cabbage, for example, must be quartered before slicing.
  
  
• The GKS SLICER can cut either flat or crinkle slices.
  
  
• Krinkle cuts made with the Model GKS will have 3 1/3 crinkles to the inch, with a depth of .070 inch (1.8mm).
