An industrial capacity Magnuson continuous onion scoring and trimming machine.

FEATURES:

Magnuson onion cutter with feed hopper, tip and butt cutter / trimmer section, with scoring knives to loosen the outer layers of onion skins.
Available separately (not included): We can offer a four roll brush-washer finisher for removing the loosened onion skins and polishing the finished onions. Call 315-589-4511 to discuss your onion preparation and peeling needs.
Food grade stainless steel construction.
This onion trimmer-scorer is hydraulically driven, with included 10 HP 208 / 230 / 460 volt 3 phase hydraulic power pack.
Previously used for preparing fresh peeled onions in preparation for dicing and shredding for relish, salsa, and other uses.

As of this writing, this onion peeling system is in stock at Alard, in good condition, available for timely shipment.
