FEATURES:

• 53 inch wide by 84 inch long by 40 inch deep "W" shaped vessel, with a 3-inch diameter Tri-clamp end bottom disharge outlet in each U-trough.
  
  
• The vessel has a two-zone low-pressure jacket (e.g. for water or glycol), one zone for each U-trough.
  
  
• Hinged covers with safety / pour grids and safety interlock switches for each side.
  
  
• The ribbon agitators each consist of double-helix  1.5 inch by .25inch ribbons outside 3 inch diameter center shafts with pneuatic glands.
  
  
• 65 inch infeed height, 22 inch discharge height.
  
  
• Originally had a 7.5HP 3 phase drive with gear reducer and chain-and-sprocket drive configuration for each shaft, but came in missing one drive.
  
  
• Food grade, sanitary stainless steel construction.
  
  

As of this writing, this twin-shaft double ribbon mixer is IN stock stock at Alard in very good condition, available for immediate shipment lacking one drive, or we can replace the missing drive prior to a timely shipment, per buyer preference.
