stainless steel search / detection head with a 5 inch square aperture,
with a 3.75 inner diameter anti-static UHMW plastic through-tube
connected to a 4 inch inner-diameter pneumatic reject valve. Sanitary
Tri-clamp inlet and outlet connectors. Metal detection head and
diverter valve mounted together on a common stainless steel base frame,
31" running pipeline length from infeed to discharge.
Separate stainless steel operator control panel connected to the
detection head via a 24 foot long cord. 110 volt single phase
electrical input. Compressed air required for automatic reject valve.
Previously used for
metal detection in a 4 inch pipeline. As of this
writing, this food grade / food process pipeline metal detection system
is in stock at Alard, in EXCELLENT operational, mechanical, and
cosmetic condition, available for immediate shipment.
