JUST IN AT ALARD! WEIGHPACK Model AEF-7 LINEAR NETWEIGH FILLER / SCALE. A single lane bulk and dribble type weigh filler manufacturer rated for fills up to 10 lb and speeds of up to 18 per minute. USDA listed model. Configured for foot-pedal activation for semiautomatic operation, or could be set up to be sensor activated for automatic operation (e.g. mounted over a conveyor), or integrated as a "scale head" on another machine (e.g. form/fill/seal machine) for automatic packaging. RECENTLY RECEIVED AT ALARD! SWECO INTEGRATED SCREEN PRESS (ISP) stainless steel DEWATERING PRESS / SCREW PRESS / EXTRACTOR, 6" diameter by 48" long screw cage of perforated stainless steel contaiing a decreasing pitch screw. The screw cage consists of two plys, with the inside a fine perforated stainless steel surrounded by a large perforated stainless steel backing screen. The screw cage sits in a 7" diameter by 60" long stainless steel liquid-catch trough with a 2" diameter liquid discharge. The press sits on a tubular stainless steel frame (with feet intended to be bolt ed securely to the floor to provide stability) positioning the 7" diameter solids infeed at a 29" infeed height, the solids discharge at a 50" discharge height, and the liquid discharge at a 19" discharge height. A 208/230/460 volt 3 phase gearmotor drive mounted outside the discharge powers this screw press. All stainless steel construction. The Sweco Integrated Screen Press was designed by the manufacturer to be used in conjunction with a Sweco (or other vibrating screener) vibratory round screener to synergistically increase feed rates while producing dryer solids in dewatering and wastewater recovery applications. This wastewater extractor just arrived and is in stock needing cleanup and one small (12") trough-cover section, but is otherwise in VERY good condition and available for immediate shipment. (Z9767) SWECO 60" STAINLESS STEEL VIBRATING SCREEN / VIBRATING SEPARATOR MODEL SX60S88. 60" diameter vibratory screener in a single screen deck configuration with two discharge ports/ one for each of two grades. Top discharge for product which does not pass through the single screen, and a bottom discharge for product which does. 8" high stainless steel rings with 8" diameter discharge ports, one at 20.5" and the other at 30" discharge height. 2.5 HP 230/460 volt 3 phase constant speed drive motor mounted in painted steel support base. TANK, Model COP-583, all stainless steel 8' long by 20" wide by 18" deep stainless steel wash tank with a 1.5" spray header built into each side of the wash tank, with (12) spray orifices on each side of the tank to inject liquid via 1/8" openings. The spray headers are plumbed to a base mounted 2.5" inlet/1.5" outlet Triclover centrifugal recirculating pump with 15HP 3 phase 3,500 RPM motor. An 8' long power brush attachment with 1/2HP motor is included for pipe scrubbing/cleaning, as well as (10) perforated stainless steel baskets with hangers (to hang on the sides of the tank) for general parts washing.
