Each 52" diameter by 39" hemispherical bottom T316 stainless steel vessel with 2" diameter center bottom outlet with Lee sanitary flush-mount ball valve with handle extension and Triclamp discharge connector at a 20.25" discharge height; --with stainless steel legs on (4) 8" diameter locking casters with brakes. 304 stainless steel steam jacket manufacturer taged and ASME stamped for 40psi. Sanitary food grade all stainless steel construction including polished #4 finish inside and out. 316 stainless vessel construction especially well suited for use with corrosive food products such as for mixing and heating brine, vinegar and or pickle or pickled food preparations. with . Complete with hinged stainless steel loose/removable lid/cover with mixer slot. Manufactured in 2005 and IN NEW CONDITION, in original factory crate, NEVER USED and available for immediate shipment. Manufacturer tagged as "brine pump" for pressure up to 275psi at 100 degrees Fahrenheit. 316 type stainless steel product contacts. On heavy painted steel base direct coupled to 125 HP 460 volt 3 phase 60 Hz 137 amp 3565 RPM motor. Manufacturer pump curves rate for up to 1,000 gallons per minute (much lower flow rates at higher heads/pressures). In stock in good condition and available for timely shipment.
