JUST IN AT ALARD... URSCHEL MODEL CC SLICER, with Urschel alloy slice shell and impeller, conical stainless steel infeed hopper, stainless steel shrouding and tubular support frame. Factory safety interlock system with safety switches on hopper and shrouding, and a factory stainless steel control panel. 2HP 3 phase brakemotor drive. Came with, and available with or without, a tubular stainless steel stand for a 6' infeed height and 47" dishcarge height on 6" casters. In stock in good condition and available for timely shipment. Removable dome top cover with 6" center inlet with a 2" high flange at a 29" infeed height (infeed height would be 25" without the cover). There is also a 7"L x 3" wide offset oval port in the cover for inspection / access. 6" diameter outlets at 19" and 15" discharge heights. Painted steel base with 3 phase motor/drive eccentric. Heavy wire stainless steel mesh screens of 5/8", 3/8" and 1/4" sieve openings in top, middle, and bottom decks respectively, plus the solid bottom fines catch pan feeding. Four outlets (one for each level) of 6" diameter at discharge heights of 56", 49" 42" and 36", on a 20" high heavy tubular stainless steel support stand. 65" infeed height to built-on concave top cover with 8" center inlet. Removable dome cover with 8" center inlet with a 4" high flange for a 47" infeed height (30" infeed height with cover removed), with an additional 6" diameter offset access / inlet in cover. Single fine mesh stainless steel screen with 8" diameter oversize-particulate discharge at 29" discharge height; --over bottom drop-thru-particulate catch pan with 8" diameter fines discharge at a 21" discharge height; for a total of two grades of separation. 3 phase eccentric / shaker drive. Currently fit with fine mesh screen, but other screens may be available; --please tell us your screen specification.
