 RECENTLY RECEIVED INTO STOCK! URSCHEL MODEL W FRENCH STYLE BEAN SLICER, set 3/16", complete with Urschel centrifugal aligner and oscillating aligning feed guides. 3 phase drive. Urschel describes this slicing macihne as a two dimensional lengthwise cutter for french style green beans, or julienne slices, and rates this model for 3,000 to 6,000 lbs per hour depending on size and variety of beans. Urschel recommends blanched round pod beans for most attractive cuts and highest production. In stock in very good condition and available for immediate shipment. Manufactuer literature rates capacity up to 150 gallons per minute (at .36 gallon per stoke), with solids/particulate handling capacity of up to 1 1/16", and head pressure to 125 psi or 289 ft of water. Stainless steel steam jacket manufacturer tagged for 100 psi. Double motion scraper agitator with new plastic scraper blades, driven by 3 phase gearmotor drive with all new drive gears, mounted on stainless steel agitator bridge. All stainless steel construction including vessel, jacket, agitator support bridge, legs, and hinged top covers. In stock in very good condition and available for timely shipment. JUST LISTED! VINCENT SCREW PRESS, Model KP6, with 6" diameter auger, all stainless steel product contacts, and 3 HP 3 phase drive. Manufactuer rated for one half to two and one half tons per hour input, approximately 20 gallons per minute (depending on product), and 32 RPM at screw. Pressure is generated by a progressively reducing pitch screw with counterweight discharge, while an interrupted flight auger design reduces jamming. The detection head has an 8" overall aperture height, and the Micarta conveyor and belt passing through it (with some clearance) leave a 7.25" usable aperture height above the conveyor belt. Drum dumper dumps into a 26" wide by 42" long by 32" deep bottom jacketed hopper chute covered by hinged doors, with overhead spray ball. The feed chute tapers into the side of a 500 gallon 15psi jacketed stainless steel tank with a bridge mounted chipper-agitator powered by a heavy gearmotor drive. Dump action provided by (2) 4" diameter hydraulic cylinders capable of handling up to 2,500 lbs nominal capacity, powered by a self-contained hydraulic power pack with reservoir and manual controls. All NEW construction. Comes set for FLOOR LEVEL INFEED, 31" pivot point, with a 7'4" overall height (OAH) in maximum raised position (bins longer than 48" would stick up higher).
