New 2HP motor.The L-A is manufacturer rated as USDA sanitary approved for dicing and strip cutting a wide range of meat, vegetable and fruit products. It cuts in two dimensions, with circular knife spacings from 1/2" to 1" and cross cut knives spaced from 1/4" to 3". Product thickness (the third dimension) must not be greater than 1/2". This cutting machine is presently set for 1/4" dices, but other cutting parts are available. In stock in good operational condition and available for immediate shipment. IN STOCK: LOGICAL MACHINE Model S-4 SEMIAUTOMATIC FILLING MACHINE. An all stainless steel netweigh filler designed to fill dry free-flowing particulate type product into a variety of containers; manufacturer rated for a weight range of .01 to 10 lbs per fill. This filler has a programmable "Bulk and Dribble" contol system integrated with weigh cell / scale system. Product is fed to the filler via a 24" square by 20" deep hopper. The hopper feeds a vibrating even-feed pan that discharges to the weigh cell. The vibrating pans volume is regulated by a slide gate at the hopper. The 8 7/8" wide x 7 3/4" long x 12 7/8" deep weigh cell bucket has a pneumatic-cylinder-operated bottom trap door that drops the product when the preset weight is achieved, through a discharge funnel, then closes so the next cycle can begin immediately. All product contacts are stainless steel, and the machine rests on a tubular stainless steel support stand/frame. Electrical requirement is 110 volt single phase (standard household current), and 20 psi compressed air is also required. A fully automatic bagger designed to fill PREMADE wicketed bags, accepting fill from most types of feeding devices (e.g. scale, volumetric fill head, etc), shake the bag to settle the product, compress the bag to squeeze out excess air, and seal the bag with an integral heat sealer. Will accept hand feeding when equipped with a foot pedal. All sanitary stainless steel construction / USDA listed bagger manufacturer rated for "bag face size range" from 8" to 15" and fills from 1 to 40 lbs at speeds up to 20 bags per minute, with gentle product handling, and fast tool-free bag changeover. PLC with touch screen control. Temperature and speed controlled seal head complete with pneumatic scrap removal and bag top trimmer. 110 volt single phase electrical (standard household current) input, with 3cfm at 80psi air requirement. Has variable speed metering auger to control product travel through the knife drum. 5HP main drive, 1HP auger drive.
