JUST IN AT ALARD! URSCHEL VSC SLAB CUTTER / SEGMENT CUTTER / STRIP CUTTER manufactuer recommended for cutting carrots, pickles, zucchini, potatoes and other products into segments, slabs, and square or rectangular strips. Manufacturer rated for maximum product input size of 4" in diameter. Presently set for 1/2" slab cut. In stock in good condition and available for timely service and shipment. (Z8791) ALL STAINLESS STEEL ACCUMULATION / FEED DISK, 60" DIAMETER. Stainless steel turntable disk surrounded by 3.5" high stainless steel sides with adjustable container guides over a stainless steel base. Presently set for a 35" working height on adjustable legs. Heavy duty construction and drive system. 3/4 HP mechanical variable speed 3 phase 230/460 volt drive with a heavy duty shaft-drive gear reducer powering the disk via it's center shaft. (3) rubber trunnions in stainless steel holders run beneath the accumulator disk to reinforce it for heavy loads. This pack-on disk / pack-off disk is in stock in very good condition and available for timely shipment. (Z8792)
