40" wide by 37" long by 36" deep slatted basket construction, on 6" high  casters on 23" track centers. 1.25" wide vertical slats with 3/4" openings, 1/4" thick base plate with 1" perforations. Overall height of 42", last used in 60" diameter retort.  

As of this writing we have several of these (identical) retort crates available in stock, available for timely shipment; please ask your Alard Sales Representative to confirm current quantity left in stock.

Single tube, food-grade stainless steel configuration, last ran precut lettuce and cabbage products in 4 ounce, 8 ounce, 12 ounce, 16 ounce retail packs, as  well as 3 pound, 4 pound, and 5 pound institutional bulk packs. Multiple forming  tubes included. Complete with microtouch operator control panel.

Northeast location; --owner describes as just recently removed from service in good operable condition, available immediately.

4.25" diameter aperture opening with 12" drop distance from top to bottom. Complete with a stainless steel digital touchpad operator control panel, which includes connections for a reject  device. The control panel faceplate is currently labeled in French.
